Position SummaryWe are seeking a Client-Facing Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations while also handling simple customer interactions as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and communicates clearly and professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general warehouse duties (picking, staging, moving product, and keeping work areas organized)Use computer systems for data entry and to navigate basic warehouse/order interfacesProvide basic customer-facing support (answer simple questions, assist with minor issues, and escalate when needed)Communicate clearly with team members to keep work flowing smoothlyFollow safety guidelines, site rules, and attendance expectationsRequirementsStrong computer literacy (comfortable navigating interfaces and completing data entry accurately)Fluent in EnglishClear communication and speaking skillsComfortable handling simple customer interactions and basic problem-solving
