Client First Center Representative

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Client First Center Representative for a leading financial services client. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with banking products, services, loans, and account-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment while supporting customers across multiple communication channels. This position offers excellent exposure to banking operations and customer relationship management while delivering best-in-class service.

Day-to-Day:

• Answer customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels
• Research and resolve account and loan-related issues
• Process account maintenance and customer transactions
• Identify and refer sales opportunities
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service focused on first-call resolution

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving and account research skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH

Plusses:

• Banking, credit union, mortgage, or financial services experience
• High-volume call center experience
• Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar banking platforms
• Experience supporting customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
• Sales referral or cross-selling experience
• Loan servicing or deposit account experience
