Client First Center Representative

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving and account research skills
• Experience utilizing computer systems to document and resolve customer inquiries
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, chat, and other service channels
• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
• Banking or financial services experience

• 1+ years of call center experience
• Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar banking systems
• Experience supporting customers through email, chat, and social media channels
• Sales referral or cross-selling experience
• Loan servicing or deposit account experience

Day-to-Day:

• Answer customer inquiries related to banking products and services
• Support customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media
• Resolve account and loan-related inquiries through research and troubleshooting
• Perform account maintenance and transaction activities
• Identify referral opportunities and connect customers with sales partners
• Escalate complex customer issues when appropriate
• Maintain product, policy, and procedure knowledge
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service while striving for first-contact resolution
