Picture this: a customer calls about an urgent update. You quickly verify details, adjust the order, coordinate with production, confirm with shipping, and send a concise status email—problem solved, expectations met.

Your mission

  • Be the go-to contact for customers by phone and email, providing prompt, professional support
  • Enter, modify, and confirm orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Work cross-functionally with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to hit delivery targets
  • Track orders and proactively communicate shipment status
  • Keep records, purchase orders, and documentation complete and current
  • Resolve concerns quickly and courteously
  • Assist with inventory and order management tasks
  • Support data entry, reporting, and general administrative needs
  • Maintain active communication with internal teams to ensure great outcomes
  • Model professionalism in every interaction

About you

  • Background in customer service, administration, or order processing (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus
  • Strong communicator—both written and verbal
  • Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and meets deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer systems
  • Detail-driven with practical problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Where you’ll work & when

Primarily office-based in a manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams.

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
