Position Overview


INSUREU2 is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Remote Hybrid Sales Representative (Contractor) to support lead development, relationship building, and sales growth initiatives.


This position is responsible for engaging leads assigned by company leadership, building relationships with prospective clients, identifying opportunities, nurturing prospects through the sales process, and scheduling or facilitating meetings as appropriate. This role is not responsible for creating marketing campaigns or generating self-sourced leads unless specifically directed by management.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, coachable, professional in communication, comfortable utilizing technology, and capable of following established processes while representing the INSUREU2 brand with professionalism and integrity.


This is a performance-based contractor opportunity with significant growth potential. Compensation increases, additional responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and expanded earning potential may be offered based on performance, consistency, professionalism, and demonstrated results.


Compensation


This is a contractor position offering a combination of base compensation and performance-based commission opportunities.


Additional compensation increases, bonus opportunities, leadership responsibilities, and expanded earning potential may be offered based on performance, consistency, production, professionalism, and contribution to company growth.


Top performers will have opportunities for long-term advancement as the organization continues to expand.

Salary Range: $1200.00 per month

Responsibilities

Contact and engage leads assigned by company leadership.

Conduct outbound phone calls, email outreach, text messaging, and follow-up activities.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

Identify prospect needs and communicate relevant solutions offered by INSUREU2.

Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership when appropriate.

Maintain accurate records of all activities within company systems.

Follow approved sales processes, scripts, workflows, and communication standards.

Provide consistent follow-up to prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain detailed notes and documentation regarding all client interactions.

Attend required training sessions, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Collaborate with management regarding lead status, opportunities, challenges, and recommendations.

Protect company information, intellectual property, processes, and client relationships.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Performance reviews may be conducted periodically and may result in increased compensation opportunities, expanded responsibilities, leadership opportunities, bonus programs, or additional commission opportunities.

Contractor Requirements


The selected contractor must:


Maintain a professional home office environment.

Have reliable high-speed internet access.

Have a functioning computer capable of supporting required software.

Have access to a quality headset and webcam.

Maintain a distraction-free work environment during scheduled working hours.

Be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.

Maintain all required business licenses or registrations required by applicable laws.

Be capable of communicating professionally through phone, email, video meetings, and messaging platforms.

Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Protect confidential company and client information.

Avoid making unauthorized statements, commitments, pricing promises, guarantees, or representations on behalf of the company.

Refrain from any activity that may damage the reputation, brand, relationships, operations, or goodwill of INSUREU2 or its clients.

Immediately report any complaints, concerns, compliance issues, or potential risks to management.

Confidentiality & Company Protection


The contractor will have access to proprietary information, operational processes, client information, business strategies, sales methodologies, training materials, workflows, prompts, technology systems, and confidential company information.


The contractor agrees that:


All company information remains the sole property of INSUREU2.

All client relationships developed through company-provided leads remain the property of INSUREU2.

Company data may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, transferred, or retained outside authorized company systems.

Company intellectual property may not be used for personal benefit or competitive purposes.

All work product, communications, notes, documentation, and materials created while performing services for INSUREU2 shall remain the property of INSUREU2.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, insurance, marketing, technology, or business development experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while remaining accountable.
