Overview:

We're Hiring: Client Intake Advocate

 

Location: Corporate Office currently in Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway) - We're relocating July 2026 to Park/Tollway (West Plano area)

Role Type: Hybrid - During the initial 90-day training period position is required to be in office full-time, eligible to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance.

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Client Intake Advocate to support families as they begin their ABA therapy journey. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted guide, helping families understand the intake process, gather required information, and move confidently throuhg each step toward starting services. Your Role & What You'll Do:

 

As a Client Intake Advocate, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience for families seeking ABA services. You'll ensure each family receives timely communication, accurate information, and a smooth transition through the intake process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families via phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Guide families through each step of the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Collect, review, and verify required documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, scheduling, and authorization teams to support a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce, CRM, and healthcare systems.
  • Monitor intake progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
  • Ensure all information is entered accurately and timely while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to questions and concerns.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service, patient intake, healthcare administration, client support, admissions, or similar service-oriented roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM, EMR/EHR, Salesforce, or other data management systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with established processes and performance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, therapy services, or medical office settings.
  • Experience coordinating documentation, insurance information, or client onboarding processes.
  • Bilingual communication skills are welcomed but not required.
