What Youll Do
As a Client Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors and creating a friendly first impression
- Entering client information into electronic systems
- Directing visitors to the appropriate departments and resources
- Responding to questions and assisting with paperwork
- Handling phone inquiries and general questions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting daily front-office operations

Location & Schedule:
