About the Role

You'll be the first person a prospective client speaks with at Maimone Legal. These are warm inbound inquiries — people who already reached out about immigration, business, or estate planning help. Your job is to listen, understand what they're trying to accomplish, explain how our process works, and help them figure out the right next step.

This isn't cold calling. It's client care at the moment it matters most, and it takes someone who's genuinely good with people — patient, organized, and comfortable guiding someone through an important decision. If you've built your career on making people feel taken care of, this role has room to grow as the firm does.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients by phone and video, and make their first contact with the firm a good one
• Listen for each client's goals, timeline, and circumstances, and ask the questions our legal team needs answered
• Explain our services and process clearly, and help clients understand the right next step
• Follow up consistently until a client makes a decision
• Keep detailed, accurate notes and an organized pipeline in our CRM
• Work closely with the intake and legal teams so cases hand off cleanly
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections with patience and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years in a client-facing role — legal intake, customer service, guest services, client relations, or consultative sales
• Confident on the phone and on video calls
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Strong follow-up habits and comfort managing several conversations at once
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, or another additional language
• Legal intake or law firm experience
• Familiarity with immigration services
• CRM experience
• Hospitality, guest services, real estate, or high-ticket sales background

Compensation

$40,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied to how well you serve and convert the clients who come to us.
