- Deliver high-quality customer service handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients
- responsible for managing client correspondence, verifying and uploading documents into case management systems,
- Collect, validate, and upload client documentation into case management platforms.
- Ordering of medical records, interacting with firm vendors as needed
- Manage client expectations by explaining the settlement/claims process clearly.
- Develops and maintains records on cases.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Quick learner and ability to understand legal language and case settlement processes and other related matters .
- Adept at learning and using legal software.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
