Client Manager - Outsourced Business Services - Build Relationships in a Non-Sales Role

Key Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships while providing timely, knowledgeable, and professional support through phone, email, and video calls.
• Lead the onboarding experience for new clients, coordinating every step of the implementation process while ensuring a smooth transition, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate client requests, solve problems, and ensure every issue is handled quickly, accurately, and with a high level of follow-through.
• Stay connected with clients through regular check-ins, identifying opportunities to improve their experience while strengthening long-term partnerships built on trust and responsiveness.
