PURPOSE:

Drive enrollment growth at the client level. This role serves as the critical bridge between client requirements and marketing execution, ensuring that each client’s eligible population is reached with the right message, through the right channels, at the right time. It exists to convert client-specific conditions into measurable enrollment outcomes, enabling scalable and predictable growth across accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Primary Accountabilities:

Develop and distribute client assets for client-led marketing:

  • Build and maintain a suite of client-facing marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, toolkits, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all assets are aligned with brand, messaging frameworks, and client requirements
  • Deliver turnkey campaigns and materials that clients can easily activate within their own communication channels
  • Continuously improve asset performance based on insights and feedback

For large clients, develop and execute client-specific marketing strategies, in partnership with the Account Management team:

  • Design tailored marketing strategies for key clients based on population characteristics, constraints, and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Management to align on goals, timelines, and execution plans
  • Adapt lifecycle and performance strategies to fit client-specific conditions (e.g., marketing access, cadence, eligibility)
  • Drive execution of large-client initiatives, including open enrollment and off-cycle campaigns

Ensure client campaign readiness, in partnership with Marketing Leadership:

  • Confirm that all prerequisites for campaign execution are met, including:
    • Eligibility data quality and completeness
    • Approved messaging and creative
    • Defined segmentation and targeting
  • Identify risks that could impact campaign success and escalate as needed

Deliver one:many client communications on product updates, marketing ideas, and challenges:

  • Communicate proactively with clients and client-facing teams on:
    • Product updates
    • Marketing strategies and best practices
    • Emerging challenges and opportunities
  • Develop scalable communication mechanisms (e.g., newsletters, briefs, updates) to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Share performance insights and recommendations to improve client marketing effectiveness
  • Help educate and enable clients to execute more effective marketing

Support marketing for health fairs and client-led events:

  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing materials and strategies for health fairs and similar client events
  • Develop event-specific campaigns and assets to drive awareness and enrollment
  • Coordinate with Account Management and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Capture learnings from events to inform future marketing strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on enrollment performance by client, identifying areas for improvement
  • Identify patterns across high- and low-performing clients and translate insights into scalable playbooks
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to ensure alignment between client-level execution and funnel optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure enrollment quality supports downstream activation and retention

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned to an office.
