Client Migration Support Specialist (Japanese)
Location: New York, NY
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $40/hr (W2)
Role Summary
Support client migration activities by guiding customers on migration procedures and usage of the new system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email related to the migration process.
Update and maintain customer-facing materials including migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
Track customer migration progress, perform follow-ups, and ensure smooth transitions.
Escalate technical issues to internal teams and coordinate timely resolution.
Collect customer feedback, share improvement recommendations, and document support interactions with reporting on migration activities and customer experience.
Required Skills
Bilingual communication in Japanese and English (mandatory).
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and flexibility in changing environments (mandatory).
Banking, customer support, and ISO/ACH operations experience preferred.
