Global Financial Firm located in GETZVILLE, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Client Onboarding Analyst

Pay Rate Range : $31.00 - $33.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Getzville, NY

Responsibilities:

• Deliver overall client satisfaction while meeting the company's global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements
• Own the onboarding request from end to end
• Ensure the continued progression of the onboarding request through the processes as quickly and effectively as possible
• Communicate the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis
• Manage the requests in the pipeline and provide relevant status updates to end users
• Follow up in a timely, professional manner
• Manage your own pipelines and know when to escalate issues
• Identify and escalate issues with the processes
• Participate in analyzing data on end-to-end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables
