Pay Rate Range : $31.00 - $33.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Deliver overall client satisfaction while meeting the company's global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements
- Own the onboarding request from end to end
- Ensure the continued progression of the onboarding request through the processes as quickly and effectively as possible
- Communicate the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis
- Manage the requests in the pipeline and provide relevant status updates to end users
- Follow up in a timely, professional manner
- Manage your own pipelines and know when to escalate issues
- Identify and escalate issues with the processes
- Participate in analyzing data on end-to-end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables
