Client Onboarding & CRM Admin Assistant
Full -Time | In-Office | Overland Park, KS
At Shamrock Roofing & Construction, we’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding & CRM Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in operations, customer support, administration, or technology who wants hands-on experience working with CRM systems, client onboarding, and internal operations.
In this role, you’ll help support the rollout and day-to-day use of Trussi.ai, our proprietary roofing CRM platform. You’ll work closely with team members across operations, client support, and technology to help ensure clients and internal users have a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding new clients and internal teams into the Trussi.ai platform
- Help set up user accounts, permissions, and basic CRM configurations
- Collect and organize onboarding information including company details and team information
- Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout the onboarding process
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
CRM & Administrative Support
- Provide basic support to users navigating the CRM platform
- Help maintain accurate CRM records and identify missing or duplicate information
- Assist with updating onboarding guides, training materials, and internal documentation
- Support testing and feedback efforts for new platform features and updates
Operational Coordination
- Schedule onboarding meetings, follow-ups, and internal tasks
- Organize digital files and onboarding documentation
- Assist with reporting and tracking onboarding activity and completion metrics
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the operations team
What We Offer
- Full-Time In Office Position
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + an hour for lunch
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment
- PTO accrual after 30 Days of employment
- 401K after 6 months of employment
- Compensation Range: $40k-$48k based on experience
- All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period
Requirements:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using new software and digital tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous internship, office, customer service, or administrative experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or AccuLynx
- Interest in operations, technology, customer success, or project coordination
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus
