Client Onboarding And Project Delivery

Manage full lifecycle onboarding projects across prime brokerage, clearing, custody, and financing services. Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines. Oversee completion of onboarding requirementssuch as documentation, credit approvals, and data setup.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. Ensure all internal teams are aligned and prepared to meet onboarding deliverables. Track progress against milestones, proactively identifying risks or delays.

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Lead regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates to clients. Support senior stakeholders in client communications and presentations.

Ensure all onboarding activity aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and project records. Contribute to governance reporting, including status updates and escalation tracking.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to onboarding processes. Contribute to playbooks, documentation, and internal best practices. Participate in initiatives focused on enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.

Required skills and experience include strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities, experience in client onboarding, service delivery, or implementation roles, demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and understanding of financial products, ideally within prime brokerage or OTC markets.

Preferred qualifications include 4-8 years' experience supporting institutional onboarding or prime services, knowledge of clearing, custody, margining, and financing workflows, familiarity with hedge funds, asset managers, or institutional client segments, experience with KYC/AML and regulatory onboarding requirements, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
