Job Description: The Markets Securities Finance Onboarding team is responsible for opening and maintaining our clients securities lending accounts. The work we do directly impacts how our clients transact through proprietary sec lending products and programs. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders including Trading, Core Operations, Transition Management, Sales, Technology, and Legal.
The successful candidate will:
Work with the business to onboard and create new securities finance client accounts on the Sec Lending platform Global One and link to the custody platform
Manage and maintain client account attributes to enable day-to-day client transaction requirements, including but not limited to, enabling and restricting securities and collateral, increasing and decreasing credit exposure limits and buffers
Manage daily and weekly reconciliation, control and exception reports, ensuring all controls are processed timely and any exceptions addressed with urgency
Assist in implementing control practices to minimize manual error and oversight
Ensure that client and internal stakeholder requests are responded to in a timely fashion and in a thorough manner
Assist in the offboarding of clients and termination client contracts
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
3-5+ years of total work experience preferred
Experience in securities, financial services, or client-facing or project management roles preferred
Client onboarding, financial services, and operations experience preferred
Additional Information:
Duration: 6+ month contract to hire opportunity
Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Downtown Pittsburgh
