| Description of profile - | ||||
| 1. More than 10 years of experience in IT services with a recent track record of selling / growing business (farming) in the Tech vertical, winning new business & building relationships with focus on ERP, Digital, Cloud, App development. Experience in onshore/offshore delivery, managing large Programs will be a plus. | ||||
| 2. A network of connects among Tech companies in the region, which will allow early conversations will be an advantage. | ||||
| 3. Past relationships with OEM majors such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft amongst others and connects with their local AEs to help develop leads. | ||||
| 4. KRA s will be order booking, profitability, realized revenue and customer satisfaction 5. Experience in onshore/offshore delivery, managing large Programs will be a plus. 6. Managing a portfolio of min $XXM. 7. Being able to seed & win large deals and build a growth velocity to achieve a good hyper growth . | ||||
