The Opportunity
The Senior Director, Client & Partner Education and Enablement provides leadership for customer and partner enablement across FICO's solution portfolio, with a primary focus on FICO Platform and Enterprise Fraud Solutions (EFS). This role owns the vision and execution of global learning programs that drive adoption, deepen product proficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients and partners, working cross-functionally and with other members of FICO's Integrated Learning Organization (ILO). This leader combines strategy with domain and technical depth, and can move seamlessly between vision, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on support of high‑impact learning and enablement initiatives.
