We are seeking a Denver or Northern Californiabased Client Partner to shape and accelerate our partnership with a global leader in the Healthcare and Life Science industry, unlocking new growth, new value, and new AI-led possibilities. This role leads executive relationships, growth, solutioning, service-line collaboration, alliance engagement, and global delivery oversight.   • Track record of leading complex, high-value accounts ($8-10M+) with multi-stakeholder engagements

  • 1015+ years in the Healthcare and life Science industry

  • Required experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.

  • Experience leading digital, data, and AI transformation programs.

  • Ability to collaborate with service lines and engage alliance leadership.

  • Strong procurement negotiation capability.

  • Ability to guide global delivery teams through influence.

  • Sales mindset and proven growth success.

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.

  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus

  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000.
