Role: Client Partner - Retail
Location: Norfolk, VA
Job Description:
- Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction
- Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure
- Proactive deal generation and large deal management
- P&L management of the account
- CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement
- Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation
- Drive TCS' internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting
- Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement
- Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
- Team management and talent development
- Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth
- Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for Retail ISU
Qualifications:
- Graduate College Degree
- Must have performed a customer facing with responsibilities including Revenue Growth and Services expansion
- Knowledge of Retail domain
- Strong understanding of Agile & DevOps ways of working
- Experience driving large RFP response
Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,300 a year
