Job Description:
In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

Cash and positions reconciliation of client operating accounts
Data economics reconciliation of client compliance portfolios
Administration of loan and bond portfolios
Monitor receipt and disbursement of funds through to settlement
Execute funds transfer from/to accounts
Communication with external parties, including but not limited to, the portfolio manager, loan agents, trading counterparties, as needed
Act as a support to the Client Service team who has overall responsibility for ensuring that the duties are being provided
Participate in various projects such as new deal closings and any other projects as assigned

Required Skills/Experience

Reconciliation skills finding discrepancies in data
Analytical mindset research/resolution capabilities
Excel skills proficient (pivot tables and lookups)
Bachelor s Degree - Finance, Accounting, Math, or Business-related degree preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience

1-2+ years of experience in analytical-operational role
CLO knowledge / Loans as an asset
AI experience

Additional Information:

Duration: 5 month contract opportunity
Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Downtown Pittsburgh office
Rate Range: $20-22/hr. W2 (based on experience)
