Client Project Coordinator 1
SUMMARY:
Responsible for administrative support for the Project Management Team by acting as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to successfully intake and manage clients’ work.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
- Serve as a liaison regarding client project needs and provide guidance to ensure successful project setup.
- Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate project manager for follow-up.
- Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
- Review login dashboard and update information and confirmations as needed.
- Assist in developing or supporting project or program objectives, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other requirements; present information to management.
- Interpret and apply department policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations; seek guidance as needed.
- Contribute to team effectiveness by offering suggestions and actively participating in work teams.
- Promote and support the mission of Pace through professional, courteous interactions that foster a collaborative work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field; AND one (1) year of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Required Knowledge:
- Customer service principles, practices, and techniques.
- Computer applications and systems related to the work.
- Experience interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including situations that may be confrontational or strained.
- Proper business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Required Skills:
- Delivering professional-level customer service across various markets.
- Training others on policies and procedures.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
- Exercising initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.

Pace Analytical Life Sciences provides analytical testing services to the pharmaceutical/medical device industries. Services include chemical and microbiology, method development/validation, physical testing, raw material testing, stability testing and storage, and product release testing. Pace operates two FDA-registered, DEA-registered (Class I - V), cGMP-compliant facilities: one located in Oakdale, MN and the other located in San German, PR. The Oakdale, MN facility is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited.
Pace Analytical Lab Ops Division provides professional scientific staffing - to accommodate full outsourcing or augmentation of staff at a client's on-site location - to various industries as well as research and development organizations.
