Position Overview:

As a Client Relations Advocate, you play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be entrusted with fostering robust client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our internal teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, providing swift and professional responses.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and enhance their experience with our services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure swift and effective resolution of client concerns.
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to elevate client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, focusing on client satisfaction scores and feedback.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or client relations is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives:

  • Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Resolve all client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Engage in monthly team meetings to discuss client feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Develop a quarterly report to present client satisfaction trends and improvement plans.
