Position Overview:


The Customer Relations Advocate plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional service. Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a significant asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives:


  • Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Ensure all client inquiries are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss client feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Develop a quarterly report presenting client satisfaction trends and improvement plans.
