Compensation: $19–$24/hr DOE

Boulder Longevity Institute (BLI) is at the forefront of cellular medicine and personalized health optimization. We are redefining healthcare by focusing on proactive, data-driven, and highly individualized care.

Our direct-pay model allows us to innovate freely and prioritize what matters most: client outcomes and experience. At BLI, we're not just participating in the future of healthcare, we're creating it.

Who Should NOT Apply to this Job

BLI is a unique environment, and we are intentional about finding the right fit. You should not apply if:

  • You don't enjoy talking with people, guiding them, and building relationships
  • You aren't passionate about creating seamless, supportive client experiences
  • You prefer rigid, transactional interactions over dynamic, human-centered communication
  • You avoid ownership or problem-solving in real time
  • You're uncomfortable handling questions, objections, or uncertainty in conversation
  • You prefer working independently rather than collaborating across teams
  • You don't value discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in client interactions
  • You're looking for a short-term job rather than a long-term opportunity

We're building something meaningful here, and that requires the right people in the right roles.

What You'll Do:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you're the calm, kind front door to our mission, helping people start proactive, personalized care with confidence. This role exists to make a difference in how clients experience healthcare from the first "Hi" to fully onboarded. This role blends client engagement with front desk operations, here's what that looks like day to day:

  • Be the first point of contact for new inquiries- clear, empathetic, and steady
  • Own follow-up so no one falls through the cracks
  • Deliver a polished, hospitality-forward onsite experience
  • Keep scheduling, client records, and daily flow accurate
  • Triage communications and coordinate day-of needs with providers
  • Process payments and admin tasks with discretion

You'll Need:

  • Strong client-facing or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication (phone and in-person)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
  • High attention to detail and understanding of healthcare privacy standards
  • Preferred: front desk, concierge, or healthcare/wellness background; CRM/scheduling experience

If you're purpose-driven and love turning uncertainty into relief, apply today.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay + PTO, sick leave, and 12+ paid holidays (including Christmas–New Year's week)
  • In-house health benefits: curbside provider consultations, labs, supplements, peptides, and discounted BLI services
  • Access to the Human Optimization Academy, quarterly InBody scans, infusion therapy, and more
  • Performance-based contribution bonuses eligible after one year
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team at the cutting edge of longevity medicine

To Apply: Submit your resume (PDF) and a short, customized cover letter.
