Position Overview

Naples Jet Center is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to join our Client Services team. In this remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their experience with the company.

The ideal candidate will represent Naples Jet Center with professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships on behalf of Naples Jet Center.

* Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate client records and update company CRM systems.

* Respond promptly to client requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

* Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.

* Prepare client reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.

* Assist with onboarding new clients into Naples Jet Center services.

* Track client feedback and recommend service improvements.

* Perform additional administrative and client support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Previous experience in customer service, client relations, administrative support, or hospitality preferred.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* CRM experience is a plus.
