Position SummaryWhile working as a Client Relations Coordinator you will be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to responding to House Account Prospects and Customer needs, front-end discovery to traffic RFQ opportunities to subject matter experts, researching and responding to customer inquiries, CRM management, and re-engagement outreach of inactive customers.This position will also include the responsibility of managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating the distribution of packages for will-call pickup. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponds to all incoming inquiries from the organization's main phone line, general email, website form fills, walk-in traffic and referrals with urgency and enthusiasmPerforms investigative activities using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Credit.net, Business Website to evaluate client potential and evaluate for "WOW" ideal customer profileGathers intelligence through our front-end discovery process during initial contact to include referral source, contact information, company information, project information, budget, and due date to ensure a Sales Qualified LeadEnsures client data is reflected accurately in EPMSResearch in our ERP and responds to customer inquiries in support of the Sales team, including but not limited to, job progress, tracking information, and directing requests to the correct internal stakeholderConducts high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)Identifies and qualifies potential business opportunitiesSchedules meetings and hands off qualified leads to Account ExecutivesMaintains accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM systemsFollows up consistently with prospects to nurture interestMeets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goalsCollaborates with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategiesRe-engages inactive customers through a systematized list of leads provided in ERP system.Works with Director of Sales to identify and assign WOW customers to AM/AEsOther duties as assignedQualifications Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma is required, but bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related field is preferred.1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or administrative functions is required, but 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.Computer SkillsProficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel, is requiredPrior experience utilizing a CRM, or the ability to gain proficiency in this technology within 30 days is requiredOther QualificationsAbility to pass a background checkAbility to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkersAbility to leverage internet/tools for research and evaluation of potential and current clientsMathematical abilities required by this job include reading a ruler, calculating simple costs, and other basic mathematical skillsJob CompetenciesStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills and strong phone presenceCommitted to company mission and valuesFlexible and willing to adapt to changeAble to maintain professional composure while managing competing priorities Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demandsWhile performing the duties of this job, one is frequently required to sit a desk and work on computer desktops.Work environmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to noise typical of an office environment such as printers, computers, and phones operating.Why Work for Strategic Factory? Financial stability.
