About the Opportunity
We are expanding and looking for motivated, coachable, and people-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Relations & Development Associates.
This role focuses on building relationships, developing new clients, and helping individuals and families navigate the financial world with greater confidence and direction.
No previous industry experience is required. Associates are introduced to a proven professional development system that includes training, mentorship, and a structured roadmap for growth.
What You’ll Do
Build and develop relationships with prospective clients
Assist with customer and client acquisition
Conduct follow-up and maintain strong client relationships
Help clients identify financial goals, priorities, and areas of concern
Introduce clients to financial concepts and available solutions
Help individuals and families develop a clearer financial roadmap
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Develop communication, sales, leadership, and business-building skills

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, management, education, or business can be helpful, but previous financial industry experience is not required.
Certain activities and financial products may require applicable state or securities licensing. Training and guidance regarding licensing requirements are provided as appropriate.

What You'll Do
Answer client calls, emails, and texts with warmth and accuracy
Schedule appointments and manage our agents' calendars
Help clients with policy questions, service requests, billing, and paperwork
Support the application and underwriting process from start to finish
Follow up after appointments to make sure clients feel taken care of
Maintain accurate client records in our CRM
What We're Looking For
Excellent phone and written communication
Organized — you can juggle several requests without losing track
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Discreet with confidential client and financial information
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, front desk, call center, or administrative experience helpful but not required
Bilingual [Spanish] a plus
