Position Summary:
This is not a generic call center role. As a Client Relations & Order Specialist, you will act as the vital bridge between our B2B clients, our production floor, and our logistics team. You will own the customer journey, handling complex, high-value accounts from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Serve as the primary, solution-oriented point of contact for domestic and international B2B client accounts.
* Order Fulfillment: Process purchase orders, verifying pricing, inventory, lead times, and shipping specifications.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate directly with Production, Quality Control, and Logistics to track order statuses and proactively communicate updates to clients.
* Technical Support: Assist with product application inquiries, warranties, and RMA/returns processes.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, clean data within our NetSuite and Salesforce systems daily.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: 2–3+ years of dedicated customer service, account coordination, or inside sales support—ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
* Technical & Software Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience using NetSuite and Salesforce daily. Ability to quickly learn a technical product catalog, part numbers, and specialized specifications.
* Problem-Solving Skills: An ability to navigate stressful situations, manage multiple priorities, and make practical decisions under tight deadlines.
* Local Presence: Must be highly reliable and ready to work on-site Monday through Friday at our Simi Valley facility.
