Job Title: Client Relations Representative (Entry-Level) Location: Omaha, NE Metro Job Type:Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing Pay: $50,000 – $95,000+ first year (performance-based)
MCL Talent Partners is recruiting for a local agency that builds teams from the ground up. This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role with a path into account management and leadership for those who perform.
Day-to-day reality:
Meet with prospective and current clients in person
Present products and help them enroll
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and pipeline
Work standard Monday–Friday business hours
Who succeeds in this role:
Reliable, coachable people who communicate well
Individuals coming from customer service, retail, or supervisory backgrounds
Those comfortable with performance-based (commission) pay
People who have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete state licensing (training and support provided)
