Duties/Responsibilities: - Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
- Assist with walk-in clients
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
- Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
