As a Client Relationship Account Manager, you'll serve as a key connection between United and our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage priorities, and resolve challenges will directly contribute to client satisfaction and business success. Your responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong client relationships.Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.Identify client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.Manage account activity, maintain accurate records, and follow through on requests.Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to coordinate solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and client requirements.Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Starting pay: $18+ per hour, depending on experience.
