Client Relationship Advisor
The Client Relationship Advisor is responsible for delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven advisory experience to clients through a structured, segmentation-based service model. This role focuses on engaging existing and referred clients-particularly underserved and mass affluent households-by providing personalized financial planning, consistent outreach, and proactive service.
Unlike traditional business development roles, this position is primarily referral- and portfolio-driven, requiring strong independent work habits, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to manage a steady flow of assigned client relationships. The Client Relationship Advisor partners with branch teams and senior advisors to deepen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure clients are aligned with appropriate wealth management solutions while maintaining a seamless and compliant client experience.
