About the Position: Client Relationship Advocate
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Advocate. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while supporting them in achieving their financial goals. This involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Client Relationship Advocate Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary advocate for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
- Engage with clients to provide timely, professional, and knowledgeable support
- Educate clients on financial products and services
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized financial strategies
- Monitor client accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain high client satisfaction
Requirements of the Client Relationship Advocate Role
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills
- Must have or obtain within first 2 weeks a Life Producer license
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
- Experience or aptitude for identifying client needs and providing solutions
Additional Qualifications
- Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are preferred
- Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit!
- Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to grow and help people
- Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills may be beneficial
