Position summary
The Client Relationship Coordinator works within the Business Development – Client Relations Team to provide foundational support to the firm's key client program. Reporting to the Director of Client Development – Financial Institutions, this position will support the Director and Client Relationship Managers that are aligned to the firm's key financial industry clients.
Job duties and responsibilities
Key Client Program Support
- Support the planning and execution of client relationship initiatives in partnership with Client Relationship Managers, CRLs, and client teams
- Assist with day-to-day support of the firm's priority clients through the preparation and maintenance of client plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
- Help schedule client relations meetings, prepare draft agendas, and capture notes and action items
- Maintain client relationship trackers, contact lists, and activity logs for key client teams
- Support follow-up on client relationship actions to ensure timely completion
Research and Data Support
- Conduct research on key clients, including company updates, news, and industry developments
- Compile information into summaries or briefing materials for Client Relationship Managers, CRLs, and client teams in advance of client meetings/pitches
- Maintain and update client information, activity tracking, and reporting in the firm's CRM and other internal systems and databases
Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing relationship reports, presentations and client documents for key clients
- Help gather inputs, format content, and ensure materials are accurate and consistent
- Support on key client proposals and pitches as needed
- Support the preparation and dissemination of thought leadership materials to key clients
Team and Administrative Support
- Work closely with Client Development Director and Client Relations Managers to support ongoing client activity
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client programs and business development efforts
- Take an active role in learning systems, tools, and firm approaches to client development
- Travel for meetings and training as required.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a professional services marketing or business development role is desirable but not required

Essential job functions

Working conditions
You will be required to work in the office at minimum 4 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule. The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.
Pay ranges
This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $36.53 to $47.11, with an estimated annual compensation range of $76,000 to $98,000, based on expected hours. This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including, but not limited to, location and experience.
- Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Miami – $36.53–$41.34 per hour (approximately $76,000–$86,000 annually based on expected hours)
- Philadelphia – $39.42–$44.23 per hour (approximately $82,000–$92,000 annually based on expected hours)
- Washington, DC, Boston – $41.82–$47.11 per hour (approximately $87,000–$98,000 annually based on expected hours)
