Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site + Local Travel)

Compensation: $120,000 Base + Performance Bonus

We're seeking a Client Relationship Manager to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients after the sale is complete.

This is not a cold sales role.

Instead, you'll own the client relationship—ensuring an exceptional customer experience, resolving escalations, coordinating with internal teams, negotiating contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

What You'll Own

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Build long-term relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.
• Resolve client concerns by coordinating with operations, billing, and internal teams while ensuring issues are fully closed.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments while maintaining client satisfaction and account profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and locations.
• Monitor account health and proactively address potential retention risks.
• Ensure every client receives a consistently outstanding experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing business role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations and resolving escalated issues.
• Organized, proactive, and highly accountable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership.
• Yiddish speaking preferred.
