Client Relationship & Sales Specialist

Body Moksha Physical Therapy
Chatham, NJ | Hybrid Schedule | Full-Time
$60K+ First-Year Earning Potential, Base + Performance Bonuses

Help people take the first step toward getting out of pain and back to the life they love.

At Body Moksha Physical Therapy, we help active adults move better, stay active, and keep doing what they love without rushed visits, unnecessary surgery, or insurance-driven care.

Many people who reach out to us are dealing with chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, long-standing injuries, or frustration from past healthcare experiences. They are not looking for a hard sales pitch. They are looking for someone who will listen, understand what they need, explain their options clearly, and guide them toward the right next step.

We are hiring a Client Relationship & Sales Specialist to be that first point of connection.

This is a relationship-based sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, consistent with follow-up, organized in their systems, and comfortable talking about the value of premium care.

About Body Moksha Physical Therapy

Founded in 2016, Body Moksha Physical Therapy is a high-touch physical therapy practice serving active adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to move better, stay independent, and avoid rushed, high-volume care.

We are a mostly cash-based practice, in-network only with Medicare, and our care model is built around one-on-one treatment, strong patient relationships, and long-term outcomes.

Our patients come to us through referrals, workshops, online inquiries, social media, and community relationships. In this role, you will often be the first person they speak with.

What You Will Do

As our Client Relationship & Sales Specialist, you will own the first part of the prospective patient journey.

Lead Follow-Up and Appointment Setting

You will:

  • Call, text, and email warm leads from Google, Facebook, website inquiries, referrals, workshops, and social media
  • Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective patients
  • Book qualified evaluations with the clinical team
  • Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to schedule right away
  • Send information and next steps clearly and professionally
  • Keep every lead, conversation, and next step documented
  • Make sure no prospective patient falls through the cracks

Relationship-Based Sales

You will:

  • Ask strong questions to understand each person’s pain, goals, concerns, and motivation
  • Build trust through clear, warm, and confident communication
  • Help prospective patients understand the value of specialized, cash-based physical therapy
  • Talk through common concerns around cost, time, insurance, and uncertainty
  • Guide people toward a confident decision without using pressure or fear-based tactics
  • Help people see what is possible when they choose the right care

Systems and Organization

You will:

  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, Google Sheets, EMR and other tracking tools
  • Schedule appointments in the EMR system
  • Track follow-ups, next steps, lead status, and appointment outcomes
  • Keep the pipeline organized and current
  • Communicate clearly with the team about patient questions, concerns, and expectations
  • Help improve patient communication systems as the practice grows

Community and Patient Experience

You may also:

  • Support local workshops or community events
  • Represent Body Moksha professionally in live or in-person environments
  • Help create a warm, trustworthy first impression of the practice
  • Strengthen relationships with prospective patients and referral sources

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is both people-focused and performance-driven.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of inside sales, phone-based appointment setting, admissions, patient coordination, client success, healthcare sales, or B2C sales experience
  • Have a healthcare workforce background
  • Are comfortable calling, texting, emailing, and following up with prospective clients or patients
  • Can build trust quickly over the phone
  • Are confident speaking with people about sensitive health concerns
  • Can talk about price, value, and premium care without sounding apologetic or pushy
  • Are organized enough to manage multiple leads, systems, notes, and follow-up tasks
  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Google Sheets, CRMs, EMRs, VoIP Phone System, and other lead tracking systems.
  • Like having clear goals and knowing what success looks like
  • Are coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a company that is building for the future

This role is not about aggressive selling. It is about helping people make a confident decision about care that could meaningfully improve their quality of life.

What Success Looks Like

A strong person in this role will:

  • Book 50+ qualified evaluations per month
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence
  • Keep CRM, Google Sheets, and JaneApp records clean and accurate
  • Communicate with empathy, confidence, and professionalism
  • Help prospective patients understand the value of Body Moksha’s care
  • Support monthly and quarterly growth goals

Compensation and Benefits

  • $60K+ first-year earning potential
  • Base pay plus performance-based bonuses
  • Monthly commission opportunities after baseline goals are met
  • Paid time off
  • Medical benefits
  • IRA matching
  • Hybrid schedule based in Chatham, NJ
  • Ongoing mentorship and structured coaching
  • Supportive, low-drama, mission-driven team environment
  • Opportunity to grow as Body Moksha expands
