    We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our reputable financial firm. You will oversee client scheduling, ensuring all appointments are efficiently managed and rescheduled per the firm’s standards. This team-oriented role works closely with the Front Desk and regularly provides back up support.
     
    What You’ll Do:
    • Calendar management, including setting, rescheduling and confirming appointments
    • Regularly follow up with cancelled appointments in accordance with BML’s follow-up standards to reschedule and return appointments to the calendar
    • Assist in obtaining required documents from prospects prior to their scheduled office visits, ensuring all necessary information is received and available for the advisor and team
    • Serve as back up to answering the phones & greet prospects and clients in a friendly, warm manner
    • Assist with the preparation and organization of seminars and workshops, including set-up and clean-up before and after events
    • Maintain the firm’s CRM system (Redtail) through accurate data entry and database management
    • Assist clients with issues, concerns and account inquiries
    • Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic
    • Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
    • Back up Front Desk as needed
     
    What We’re Looking For:
    • 2+ years’ experience in a professional office environment
    • Sales experience is a plus!
    • Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; Microsoft Office and CRM (Redtail)
    • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
    • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written delivered with a sincere and caring attitude
    • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
    • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
    • Thrive in a “time sensitive” environment and adaptable to change without affecting the quality of work

    Pay & Perks:
    • $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour based on experience + bonus potential

    Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
