In this role, you will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their relationship with Schwab. • Deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care.

• Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, adapting to different styles and needs.

• Use active listening to understand priorities and escalate issues when needed.

• Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

What you have

1+ years of client-facing or customer service experience

• Attention to Detail

Complete requests and tasks accurately while following established processes, while effectively prioritizing work to meet deadlines

Maintain strong organization of tasks, client requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely and consistent execution

Ensure high-quality, error-free work and identify discrepancies or issues early

Listen carefully to understand client needs and respond with clarity and accurate communication
