The Client Reporting Systems Analyst will work as part of the Client Reporting team within Operations. This individual will be the Product Owner of our client reporting platform, SimCorp Coric, as well as the firm's proprietary reporting distribution system. The analyst will manage and create new client reporting layouts, manage the client commentary workflow, liaise with the vendor (SimCorp), and partner with IT to participate in upgrades, current cloud migration and longer-term group initiatives.

  • SimCorp Coric Layouts

    • Create client reports from scratch or leverage existing components (graphs, layout, etc.)
    • Maintain layouts that drive client reporting
    • Coordinate across multiple teams if data is not available in the system
    • Create layouts based on new requirements
    • Reverse engineer existing layouts to add enhancements
  • SimCorp Coric Automations

    • Debug Coric automations in order to resolve issues
  • SimCorp Coric Backend

    • Regularly archive submissions by executing scripts
    • Index the submission tables to improve performance
    • Create tables and stored procedures in order to support new datasets that are loaded directly into the Coric database.
  • Review current SimCorp Coric configuration and settings to recommend changes/enhancements to streamline the process
  • Serve as Product Owner for the firm's proprietary reporting distribution system
  • Collaborate with IT team and subject matter experts to gather requirements and support various projects and initiatives
  • Manage source control and deployments
Skills/Requirements:
  • Prior experience with SimCorp Coric or Vermillion is required
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Understanding of sql server databases
  • Understanding of object oriented programming
  • Experience with TFS is a plus
  • Experience with .NET and C# is a plus
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Highly motivated, with a strong interest in analytics as well as solving complex problems
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and work to meet specific deadlines
