Client Representative

Almega Management Group is growing in Lancaster and we’re looking for driven, people-focused Client Representatives to join our growing team! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the local community!

As a Client Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products or services
• Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive way
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completion
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Provide a positive customer experience and answer questions as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions
• Work closely with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Key Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Leadership qualities or interest in professional growth preferred
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation - this is an on-site position
