The Client Resolution & Clinical Specialist reports to the Customer Service Manager, Clinical. This individual is recognized by peers and customers as a product and industry expert. The Client Resolution & Clinical Specialist will provide excellent customer service by fielding incoming calls, emails, and chats and providing timely and quality responses back to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate, professional, and courteous customer interaction for all inbound support requests
Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer issues
Note findings related to suspected system issues and escalate tickets for review
Serve as a product specialist providing consults during customer onboarding
Provide live, online customer training as needed

Previous software support and/or training experience is a plus

Healthcare industry-related experience is a plus
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
