As a Client Scheduling Consultant, you will assist with appointment coordination, schedule management, and client support while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

    What You'll Do

    • Coordinate scheduling requests and assist with appointment management
    • Communicate with clients regarding availability, confirmations, and scheduling updates
    • Help organize and maintain calendars, reservations, and related service arrangements
    • Review information for accuracy and address discrepancies when needed
    • Assist clients with modifications, rescheduling requests, and general support needs
    • Monitor ongoing requests and provide timely follow-up communication
    • Maintain organized digital records and update information within company systems
    • Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development programs
