We are seeking a Client Security Advocate. In this role, you will act as a trusted security advisor and advocate, engaging directly with internal and external clients to represent company's security program.

You'll need advanced communication skills, both written and oral, relationship-building expertise, and the ability to adapt to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders, with professionalism and confidence. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Client Security Advocate:
You will be responsible for responding to client security inquiries , including but not limited to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, in a professional, timely, and respectful manner while providing top-notch service to solve problems.
You will be a security Subject Matter Expert! You'll engage across the organization to discuss client security requirements and explain our program. By using a consultative approach, you'll work directly with client service, sales, and legal teams to address client security concerns and requests.
You'll build trust with internal and external stakeholders by translating technical concepts into accessible language and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

A BA/BS or equivalent in education and experience is preferred. If you don't have BA/BS, other acceptable experience and skills could include:
3+ years of professional work experience in client service, business, information technology, risk, or security
Ability to grasp and translate technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Excellent communication skills , both written and oral
Track record of building trust or client experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
