OKRs and KPIs



  • Achieve a client satisfaction score of 95% or higher.
  • Resolve 90% of client issues within 24 hours.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client records with 100% compliance.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings to brainstorm on service improvements.
