Client Service Agent

We are currently seeking five (5) Client Service Agents to join a prestigious, high-end Client Service Center located in Miami Lakes, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional organization with an outstanding management team and a positive, supportive work environment.

Paid Training:
Comprehensive paid training is provided and typically lasts 2–3 weeks, depending on the individual's learning pace and performance.

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability to work until 6:00 PM is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional "white glove" customer service to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and etiquette at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent English grammar, communication, and telephone etiquette are required.
• A professional, compassionate, and customer-focused attitude.
• Stable employment history with strong work references.
• Ability to thrive in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements

All candidates must successfully complete:

• A 7-year national criminal background check
• A drug screening
• Two (2) rounds of interviews
• Professional reference checks

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
