Position Summary:
This role sits at the center of the firm’s client experience and daily operations, blending client service, administrative execution, office management, and marketing support. As a key operational partner, you ensure that client interactions, internal workflows, and communications are handled with precision, consistency, and care.
You play a critical role in delivering a high-touch, personalized experience - bringing structure, follow-through, and professionalism to every detail. From coordinating onboarding and managing paperwork to maintaining organized, compliant processes, you create a calm and seamless environment that allows advisors to focus on strategy and long-term client outcomes.
In addition, you support office logistics and collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, events, and communications that strengthen relationships and drive the firm’s growth.

- Client requests are responded to promptly and resolved accurately
- Daily office operations run smoothly with minimal disruptions
- Onboarding and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Advisors are supported through organized scheduling, meeting prep, and timely follow-up
- Clients and visitors experience a polished, welcoming, and well-prepared office
- Marketing activities are executed consistently and reflect the RVA brand
- Operational bottlenecks are reduced through strong systems, tracking, and follow-through
- The firm’s presence is consistently elevated across client communications and events

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a client service, administrative, or office operations role
- Notary Public (preferred)
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., HubSpot Social Media Certification, Office Administration Certificate)
- Experience with custodian platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) is preferred
