Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers and clients with service requests, questions, and ongoing account needs. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for client questions and service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Document client interactions and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs
• Follow up on open requests and outstanding service items
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist with scheduling and routine administrative activities
• Identify issues that require additional support and escalate them appropriately
• Support customer satisfaction and service initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service or client support experience is helpful but not required
