Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with service-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain positive and professional client relationships
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Process service requests and update client records
- Follow up on outstanding client matters and inquiries

- Support daily office operations and client service activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, client relations, or administrative experience preferred
